It is my utmost pleasure to publish a website for Mar. Paulinus Memorial Hospital (MPM Hospital) in view of serving the public in the area of public Health service. MPM Hospital was founded as a general hospital at Jagdalpur, Bastar District, Chhattisgarh in 1997 in memory of late Bishop Paulinus Jeerakath CMI, the first Bishop of Jagdalpur Diocese. It was his vision and ardent desire to serve the people of Bastar, especially the poor, aiding them in the area of health, education and social well-being. The health service was a dire need of that time as there were no good hospitals and health services especially in the villages. So he established many dispensaries in the remotest villages in many of the mission stations where the missionaries offered selfless and dedicated health services to the poor.
Today, MPM Hospital is one of the most sought after hospitals in the whole of Bastar as it offers fabulous health services by establishing multi-specialty facilities in the depart of Causality, Medicine, Surgical, OBG, Pediatrics, NICU, Ophthalmology, Dental, Nephrology, Orthopedics, Pathology, and Physiotherapy. The service of fully dedicated management team, team of Doctors, Nursing Staff and other Supporting and technical Staff makes it a hospital with a difference. As it enters the Silver Jubilee of its establishment in 2022, it holds its head high in fulfilling the vision with its commendable services for 25 years in the hospital and in the remotest villages of Bastar through various medical camps.
